HarperCollins

After self-publishing four cookbooks, Christelle signed a book contract with HarperCollins, one of the largest English-language publishers in the world, in 2009. Their first book together is due to be published in April 2010, and Christelle will be doing the recipes, comments and photography for the book.

Kiwi Parent Magazine

Christelle writes a food column, "Christelle's Kitchen", for the bi-monthly Kiwi Parent magazine. Check out her child-friendly recipes in each issue of Kiwi Parent magazine from the April-May 2008 issue, available from March 21st.

Timaru Herald

Christelle writes a fortnightly food column for the Timaru Herald. Check out her recipes in the lifestyle section of the newspaper from Tuesday April 15th 2008.

Women on Air

Women on Air is a 2-hour women's radio programme in Canterbury New Zealand, every Saturday morning from 10am - 12 midday, now in it's 15th year. The programme broadcasts one of Christelle's recipe every month from March 2008. If you miss it, you will be able to find it on the programme's website .

TV

Christelle has been cooking on TVNZ Good Morning show (9am to 11am on TV1) on the 15th, 22nd and 29th of June 2006 and on 14th of September 2006.

Awards

Christelle won an award with Simply Irresistible French Desserts in the Best Cookbook Cover category at the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards 2005.

She received another award for French Fare in the Best French Cuisine book category at the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards 2006.

Christelle has won an award again for her books, this time for Passion Chocolat in the Best Chocolate Book category at the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards 2007.

Interviews

There will be interviews of Christelle on The Breeze, Radio New Zealand 9 to Noon programme, More FM, Classic Hits Ashburton, Classic hits Rotorua and more early April 2010 for the promotion of her new book, Five Ways With. More detail soon.

Interviews were broadcast in 2005, 2006 and 2007 on CTV, RNZ, Kiwi FM and Plains FM as well as published in several newspapers and Next magazine.

Christelle took part in the Ladies' Litera-tea in Auckland in September 2006 alongside other well-known New Zealand writers like Judy Bailey and Julie Le Clerc.

The Press & Waikato Times

Christelle wrote a monthly dessert column for Canterbury newspaper, The Press, as well as a monthly food column for the Waikato Times during 2008.
