Errata - Despite my best efforts to catch every error, a mistake remained and was brought to my attention on page 80 of the book (Fruit and chocolate tart). The method is correct, however there is an error in the listing of the ingredients. Please ignore the dark chocolate, water and unsalted butter listed under Filling. Instead, there should be "100g / 3 1/2oz dark chocolate chips" listed under Topping. My apologies for the mistake.
